Specialty Stations

- Specialty Buffet Stations -

Specialty stations are priced per station with a minimum order of three stations. 
One or more stations are available when added to a buffet.  Stations are served for a maximum of 90 minutes.

Prices are based on a minimum of 50 guests and three station selections. One or more stations are available when added to a buffet.  Prices subject to change without notice due to market conditions and availability.

Carvery Station

Whole roasted meats sliced to approximately 6oz. servings.
Served with assorted freshly baked dinner rolls and butter

  • Turkey Breast - served with a sage cream sauce. $7.50
  • Honey Glazed Ham - with a pineapple orange glaze. $7.50
  • Café Round - with garlic demi glace. $7.50
  • Pork Loin - served with a cranberry grand marnier sauce. $7.50
  • Tri-Tip - Flame broiled served with an onion demi-glace. $8.50
  • Beef Tenderloin - (filet mignon) with béarnaise sauce. $19.95
  • Prime Rib - served with au jus & creamed horseradish. $16.00
  • Pork Tenderloin - charbroiled and served with a rosemary demi-glace. $15.00

- Martini Mash Station -
Prices are based on a minimum of 50 guests and three station selections.
One or more stations are available when added to a buffet.  Mashed potatoes served in acrylic martini glasses. Upgrade to a glass martini stem piece for an additional .75 per piece


Potatoes - ( select two): Roasted Garlic Mashed / Traditional Mashed / Sweet Potato Mashed / Purple Mashed / and Wasabi Mashed
Includes: Cheddar Cheese, Bacon Bits, Sour Cream and Chives

$5.50 per person

Add Toppings:  Beef Burgundy / Chicken Marsala / Pancetta and Roasted Corn / Caramelized Onions and Wild Mushrooms / Chicken Sausage with cranberries and sage / Polish Sausage with sautéed peppers.

One Topping $2.00 per person / Two Toppings $3.50 per person

- Pasta Station -
Prices are based on a minimum of 50 guests and three station selections.  One or more stations are available when added to a buffet.  Includes: mushrooms, diced tomatoes with basil, bell peppers, crushed red pepper, parmesan cheese and garlic bread sticks

Select two pastas:  Penne / Fettuccini / Bow Tie / Rotelli / Tortellini / Rigatoni
Select two sauces:  Marinar / Creamy Pesto / Alfredo / Vodka / Bolognaise

Add Toppings:

- Fajita Station -
Prices are based on a minimum of 50 guests and three station selections. One or more stations are available when added to a buffet.  Fajitas: marinated and sautéed onions and bell peppers in chile citrus butter

Includes: Tri-Color Chips, Roasted Salsa, Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream, Guacamole and Flour Tortillas

Selections: Grilled Chicken / Grilled Steak / Fresh Grilled Portabella Mushrooms

One Selection $6.95  / Two Selections $10.95

Seafood Station
Prices are based on a minimum of 50 guests and three station selections. One or more stations are available when added to a buffet.

Cold buffet selections: Jumbo Shrimp / Cocktail Crab Claws / King Crab Legs / Oysters on the half shell / Ceviche / Smoked Salmon / Rock Lobster & Caviar

Hot Buffet selections:  Shrimp Scampi / Jambalaya / Crab Cakes / Steamers, Mussels / Fresh Fish (Halibut, Seabass, etc.)

All items selected are served with appropriate accoutrements.
Seafood stations are priced per quote based on selections and market price

- Sushi Station -
Prices are based on a minimum of 50 guests and three station selections.
One or more stations are available when added to a buffet.  Prices based on a minimum of 180 pieces.  Includes: Wasabi, Ginger, Soy and/or Ponzu Sauce, and Chop Sticks.

Prices are based on a minimum of 50 guests and three station selections.  One or more stations are available when added to a buffet.

Our package includes two small fountains, skewers, napkins, and set-up.   Price is based on 3 dips per person.
