Whether you’re planning a rehearsal dinner, anniversary party, engagement party, retirement party, or birthday party we make entertaining easy.  Our experienced consultants and trained culinary team will assist you in planning and executing your special event.  From intimate to grand, lavish to informal, we can create the perfect menu, décor, and ambiance your guests will remember.  If you do not find what you are looking for we will customize a menu for you.  We will assist you every step of the way!

Price based on 50 guests or more, buffet style. Includes quality disposable service ware and napkins. China upgrades available.  Sit-down service or customized menu's available - consult with an event specialist.  Prices do not include tables, linens, location/venue fees, taxes and/or service charges.   •     Chicken Breast - with artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes with a basil cream sauce
  •     Spiced Rubbed Chicken Breast - with a lemon and roasted shallot sauce
  •     Grilled Chicken Palliards - with oranges and slivered almonds in a grand marnier sauce
  •     Rosemary Rubbed Sirloin - slowly roasted and served with a roasted garlic demi-glace
  •     Pepper Crusted Sirloin - topped with a cognac reduction
  •     Roasted Pork Loin - with pears and dried apricots in a port wine reduction
  •     Steak De Burgo - roasted sirloin with fresh Italian herbs and finished in a chianti wine sauce

  •     Carnitas - tender pork flame broiled and finished with an achiote orange au jus
