• The wedding went great.  Everything was perfect.  The food was outstanding.. all of my guests commented on how good the food was.  They loved everything about it, the chicken, the salad, the potatoes.  I had guests telling me they went back for THIRDS!  Mike and Fernando did a great job too.  I was very surprised at how helpful they were.  My mom and I were able to relax and enjoy ourselves the entire night.  They handled the serving of the champagne without even having to be reminded.  They definitely went the extra mile that night, and made my night so much easier.  Thank you for everything!  I will keep you in mind for future parties and referrals.   Krystal, Mira Loma, Wedding - June 2007
